For the purpose of strengthening exchanges and cooperation with German universities in the field of high-level applied talents training, and promoting the construction of high-level applied universities, our school submitted an application to the Chinesisch-Deutsches Forum für Anwendungsorientierte Hochschulausbildung (CDAH) (Sino-German forum for application-oriented higher education) Committee and signed the Hannover Agreement. On March 3rd, the school officially became the 63rd member university of this forum.
Since our school has became the pilot unit for the construction of application-oriented undergraduate university in Shandong Province, the International Exchange and Cooperation Office made full use of its own advantages: actively cooperated with application-oriented universities and institutions in China and abroad, and at the same time strengthened the international comparative study on the construction of application-oriented university. In 2021, our school had been the member of International Exchange Branch of Applied Universities of China’s International Exchange Association of Education. Next, the International Exchange and Cooperation Office will rely on the platform of CDAH-Forum, increase in-depth exchanges and cooperation with German applied universities, and strive to make greater contributions to the construction of our high-level applied university.
CDAH-Forum was established in Hangzhou, China in September 2007. The forum provides a high-level dialogue platform for applied talents training institutions in China and Germany. The regular exchanges between forum member universities had also made positive contributions to the development of high-level applied talents training. Currently, CDAH-Forum consists of 19 German universities and 44 Chinese universities.
