On the evening of June 14th, Dezhou University and Delaware State University Exchange Performance was held officially in our concert hall. Li Yongping, a member of the Party Committee and vice president of Dezhou University, watched the performance.
Beginning with songs such as Aishah Bradley, Kamin Clark and Chloe Humphrey performed by Popular Music Ensemble of the Delaware State University, the performances interpreted the American pop music in different forms, from blues to pop, from hip hop to rock, and so on. Teachers and students of the dance troupe and the national orchestra from the Department of Music, Dezhou University, also performed excellently on the same stage.
During their two-day visit, the Pop Music Ensemble of the Delaware State University had in-depth professional communications with students from the Department of Music, and they also visited the campus and the Dezhou Museum. This exchange performance is an important part of the in-depth cooperation and communication between the two universities, which has deepened the mutual understanding between the two universities, has strengthened the interaction between teachers and students and has also enhanced the campus cultural exchanges.
