On May 15th, at the request of the International Department of the Ministry of Education and under the guidance of the China Education Association for International Communication, the establishment conference and school development seminar of the Sino-Russian Cooperatively-Run University Alliance was held at Jiangsu Normal University. The conference reviewed and approved "the Agendas of the China-Russia Cooperatively-Run University Alliance " and the list of constituent units of the Alliance, held the launching ceremony and announced the establishment of the Alliance. The head of the Office of International Exchange & Cooperation of our university was invited to attend the meeting.
It is reported that there are 7 executive members of the Alliance of Sino-Russian Cooperatively-run Universities and 12 members of the Alliance. Shandong Jiaotong University, as the institute representative of the Alliance and, our university, as the project representative of the Alliance both became the Council Members of the Alliance.
In the near future, making the best of the platform of the Alliance of Sino-Russian Cooperatively-Run Universities, our university will work hard to improve the level of cooperation in running university, guarantee the qualification of the students, and carry forward the "Belt and Road" educational practice.
