7. Filled-out "Application Form for Registration and Filing of Foreign-Related Units" signed by the legal representative and stamped with the administrative seal of the unit
8. "Letter of Commitment from Legal Representatives of Foreign-related Units" signed by the legal representative of DZU
9. a copy of the ID card of the legal person or person in charge of DZU, with contact information.
10. a copy of the ID card of foreign affairs management liaison officer of DZU
11. Filled-out "Registration Form of Foreign Affairs Management Liaison Officer" signed by the legal representative and stamped with the official seal of the unit
