From October 16th to 19th, the final of the 2019 China University Student Polymer Materials Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition was successfully held in Shanxian County of Shandong Province, the Town of Longevity in China. The work of "The Pioneer of Controlled Release of Drug Carriers" presented by The Hydrogel Research Group of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering was successfully selected into the final of the competition and eventually won the second prize of the National Final. Dezhou University won the "Outstanding Organization Award" and Professor Gu Xiangling won the "Outstanding Instructor Award".
