At the symposium, Che Bin warmly welcomed Mayor Mayor Demidov and his delegation's visit. Che Bin introduced the history of the school with a focus on deepening cooperation in friendly collaboration and joint education with Belgorod National Research University and other universities. He highlighted the solid foundation of 20 years of successful cooperation between Dezhou University and Belgorod National Research University, which has yielded key achievements in talent cultivation, joint education, scientific research, and cultural exchange. Additionally, this collaboration has facilitated cooperation between the governments of Dezhou City and Belgorod. Moving forward, they will diligently implement the cooperation agreement between the two cities and two schools, further deepen collaboration in high-level university construction with strong support from both local governments. They will engage in practical cooperation in areas such as attracting high-end talent, cultivating high-level talent, conducting high-tech research, and building advanced scientific research platforms.
Demidov expressed his gratitude to Dezhou University for its warm reception. He gave a briefing on the economic and social development of Belgorod. He said that the cooperation between Dezhou University and Belgorod National Research University has a long and fruitful history, which has contributed to the cooperation between Dezhou and Belgorod and laid a solid foundation.
