On May 22, the Chinese International Education Foundation, Dezhou University, and Tunku Abdul Rahman University held a signing ceremony to cooperate in the establishment of the Confucius Institute at Tunku Abdul Rahman University in Malaysia. Zhao Lingshan, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Chinese International Education Foundation, Ewe Hong Tat, President of Tunku Abdul Rahman University, Che Bin, Party Secretary of Dezhou University, and Zhao Changlin, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President, attended the ceremony. Li Yongping, Member of the Party Committee Vice-President, presided over the ceremony.
On behalf of Dezhou University, Che Bin welcomed Secretary-General Zhao Lingshan and President Ewe Hong Tat, and thanked the leaders and guests who have continuously cared about and supported the development of Dezhou University.Zhao Lingshan, Ewe Hong Tat, and Zhao Changlin signed the “Agreement on Cooperation in the Establishment of Confucius Institutes” on behalf of the Chinese International Education Foundation, Tunku Abdul Rahman University of Malaysia, and Dezhou University respectively.
