Recently, our school and the Gdansk University of Technology in Poland have made new progress in scientific research and international cooperation. Associate Professor Geng Longlong of the Advanced Materials and Green Catalysis Cross-Innovation Team of School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and Andrzej P. Nowak, PhD from the Faculty of Chemistry of Gdansk University of Technology jointly published research paper in internationally well-known journal: Journal of Alloys and Compounds(IF:5.316). The article was published with the title “Redox property switching in MOFs with open metal sites for improved catalytic hydrogenation performance”.
In recent years, the Office of Scientific Research and the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation have actively expanded the scientific research cooperation between our school and foreign universities, and actively explored joint scientific research and innovation teams and joint training of master's students. The School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering attaches great importance to the construction of disciplines and scientific research teams, and actively deepens scientific research innovation and joint scientific research. It is reported that in 2019, Dr. Geng Longlong, with the support of the EU Erasmus Project, went to Gdansk University of Technology to exchange lectures. He also reached a number of cooperation intentions on the joint construction of a cross-innovation team for further development of the joint scientific research projects on advanced materials and green catalysis.
