From May, 19th to 20th, the International Symposium on “Innovations in Life Sciences” was successfully held jointly by Belgorod State Research University of Russia, and Dezhou University. One hundred twenty five well-known experts and scholars from 12 countries - Armenia, Hungary, Germany, Kazakhstan, China, the Netherlands, Russia, Ukraine, Romania and the Czech Republic, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan - shared their latest research achievements in the fields of genetics, biotechnology, pharmacology, veterinary science, food technology and etc.
President Zhao Shengcun attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He said that 2020 and 2021 are the China- Russia Year of Scientific and Technological Innovations. The holding of this symposiumhas created a new mode of international cooperation and exchanges, which has great significance in promoting the development of China-Russia innovation cooperation. He hoped that through the platform, experts from various countries can have in-depth exchanges, which will further promote international cooperation in science, technology and innovation to a higher level and wider range with more fruitful results.
