On April 30,Dezhou University held a remote video seminar on scientific research cooperation with Belgorod State Research University of Russia,via remote video conference system.
In the video conference,Li Yongping, Vice-President of Dezhou University expressed his appreciation for the mutual encouragement and frequent communication during the COVID-19 outbreak. He hoped that the researchers of the two schools will continue to have in-depth exchanges, apply for more research projects, produce more high-quality research results and make greater contributions to promoting scientific and technological cooperation between China and Russia.
Vladislav A. Kuchmistyy,Vice-Rector of Belgorod State Research University of Russia, praised the format of using teleconference to communicate. He said the two schools had been cooperating for 18 years and had made gratifying achievements in student training, teacher exchanges and scientific research cooperation. This year and next are the China- Russia Year of Scientific and Technological Innovations. Belgorod State Research University will do its best to support the researchers of the two schools to apply for the project.
At the meeting, researchers from the two sides elaborated on their respective research fields and cooperation intention, and reached preliminary cooperation intention for the joint application of the 2020 international scientific research cooperation project between the National Natural Science Foundation of China and Russian Foundation for Basic Research.
