On February 15, the Leading Group of DZU for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control held a working conference in No. 7 Conference Room of Houde Building, making preparations for the epidemic prevention and control work of DZU. President Zhao Shengcun chaired the meeting and made a speech.
The attendees listened to the reports made by the member units on how they implemented the epidemic prevention and control measures, then analyzed and studied the current development of the outbreak, and made preparations for the epidemic prevention and control work of DZU.
In his speech, President Zhao emphasized that we must concentrate on the crucial points, and take targeted measures. In accordance with the requirements of strengthening confidence and solidarity and taking science-based and targeted measures, we must take more stringent, more targeted, and more effective measures to ensure early detection, reporting, isolation and treatment, so as to curb the spread of the epidemic. It is necessary to strengthen accountability and specify requirements. We have to spare no efforts to take all measures necessary to combat the epidemic. It is necessary for us to find the risk points and weak links in epidemic prevention and control in a timely manner, implement the responsibilities of each department, monitor and map the health conditions of teachers and students, strictly control the entrances and exits of the campus, and prepare enough anti-epidemic materials. Groups in charge of student affairs, safety and security, teaching affairs and promotion respectively were established under the Leading Group of DZU for Novel Coronavirus Prevention and Control. Each group should formulate a detailed work plan, to ensure that the tasks, measures and responsibilities are clear. Facing the test of epidemic, all units must seek truth from facts, and do a good job in epidemic prevention and control.
We must ensure that epidemic prevention and control and our daily work run parallel. To achieve this goal, all units must coordinate and advance the key tasks, and take practical measures, such as online working and teaching, and video conferencing.
