On the afternoon of September 2nd, a lecture on real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR technology, co-sponsored by the School of Life Sciences, Institute of Biophysics, Office of Scientific Research, and Roche Diagnostics Products (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was held in Room 413 of Houde Building.
Wan Li, an application engineer at Roche, introduced the fluorescent quantitative PCR. He introduced in detail the principle of fluorescent quantitative PCR and related application technologies, and introduced the key factors in quantitative PCR experimental research and the complete and optimized experimental process.
