1.Introduction to Dezhou University
Dezhou University is a comprehensive state university, approved by the Ministry of Education. It lies in Dezhou City, which has been hailed as the“entrancegate”to Beijing and the gateway to all directions. Currently, there are25,100full-time students.The total number of staffincludes1199teachers,550professors andassociate professors, 279teachers with Doctor Degree and370teachersholdMaster Degree. The campusoccupiesover 1,340 thousand square meters and has modern teaching facilities whichtotalcostis about180 billion RMB. Over 2,265 thousandbooks are available in the library.
2.Talent Introduction Type
1）Type B: Have achieved a high level of scientific research results, have solid basic teaching skills and meet one of the following conditions.
(1) Excellent doctor in the shortage disciplines (See Appendix 1: Dezhou University Talent Shortage Discipline List).
(2) Excellent doctor in urgent need in key disciplines (Laboratories, research centers) of the 13th five-year plan of Dezhou University (See Appendix 2).
2)Type C:Excellent doctor of Applied Technology in urgent need in the school transformation development or excellent doctor in urgent need of teaching, who have obtained a high level of scientific research results, with solid teaching basic skills.
3) The leading talentsareneeded for the construction of key disciplines.
Both parties sign the Working Contract. Work part-time at school, guiding discipline construction, conducting collaborative research, and complete the corresponding tasks. Working period in school should be over one month within a year.
3.Welfare
1)settling-in allowance
Type B: Provide settling-in allowance of RMB 250 thousandpaidin five years and RMB 50,000 a year.
Type C：Provide settling-in allowance of RMB 200 thousandpaidin five years and RMB 40,000 a year.
2)research start-up funding by project management
A. Doctor in Science and Engineering experiments: RMB 50 thousand.
B. Doctor in Theoretical Research in Science and Engineering and Arts and History: RMB 30 thousand.
3) circulating house, 3 years free of rent. If no need of circulating house,weprovide housing allowance 500RMB/ month lasting 3 years.
4.Basic requirements
1)Observe theConstitution and other laws, love of higher education with good charactersand professional ethics.
2)Have excellentmorals andability,bein goodphysicaland mental health. Have the competencefor the job.
3)Have strong teaching and research ability.
4)Have strong practical ability and innovation ability.
5)The age is generally under 40. It may be extended to 45 years of age for the particularly outstanding doctors.
6)Follow the rules and regulations of school, conscientiously fulfill the duties of the post and complete teaching, research and other tasks after employmentASAP.
