Application materials
A scanned copy of each of the following application materials is required when applying, and the original will be checked on site when enrolling.
(1) "Application Form for International Students to Study at DZU" (download from: http://gjc.dzu.edu.cn/xzzq.htm);
(2) The original and a notarized copy (in Chinese or English) of a full-time senior high school graduation certificate (proof of expected graduation may be provided by this year's graduates);
(3) The original and a notarized copy (in Chinese or English) of all the courses and transcripts in senior high school;
(4) Passport (must be a valid, ordinary passport);
(5) Personal statement;
(6) Study plan;
(7) HSK certificate;
(8) Medical examination form (one Chinese and one English)
(9) CV
(10) Certificate of No Criminal Conviction
(11) Other supplementary materials required by DZU.
An electronic copy of the following application materials is required:
(1) Application Form for International Students to Study at DZU (electronic version)
(2) 2-inch electronic photo (white background)
