On the occasion of 50th Anniversary Celebration of our school, on May 11th, our school and Tunku Abdul Rahman University held an online signing ceremony on the establishment of the Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange. President Zhao Shengcun，Vice President Li Yongping, Presidentof Tunku Abdul Rahman University Prof.Dr.Ewe Hong Tatand，Vice President Yao Heguang attended the signing ceremony.
The meeting was presided over by Vice President Li Yongping, who pointed out that Tunku Abdul Rahman University is an important partner of our school, and the two schools have carried out practical cooperation in the fields of:talent training, exchange of visits between teachers and students, and scientific research.He expressed the hope that the two schools will establish the Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange and make contributions to the educational and cultural exchanges between China and Malaysia and promote the development of friendly relations between China and Malaysia.
President Dr.Ewe Hong Tat congratulated our school on 50th anniversary. He reviewed the cooperation between the two schools in the fields of scientific research and education in recent years. He hopes that the two schools will continue to deepen closer partnership and carry out deeper cooperation in more fields with the opportunities to open up with establishment of the Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange.
After online speech exchanges, Zhao Shengcun and Youfangda signed a cooperation agreement to build the Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange.
Under the witness of the two schools, Zhao Shengcun and Li Yongping unveiled the Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange.
Institute of Chinese language and Cultural Exchange is our first oversea college.The Institute is established to provide opportunities for exchange students from Tunku Abdul Rahman University to Dezhou University or Chinese students to Tunku Abdul Rahman University.Through the project,it will promote cultural, educational, scientific research, academic exchanges, teacher-student exchanges and the establishment of overseas training bases for Chinese as a foreign language major.
