Member of Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy Employed as the "Tian Qu Talents"

On November 27th, the appointment ceremony of “Tian Qu Talents” was held in the conference room on the 3rd floor of the Hode Building, and Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy, a member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, was appointed as an outstanding talent of “Tian Qu Talents” of our university. President Zhao Shengcun attended the online appointment ceremony.

At the ceremony, Zhao Shengcun signed an employment contract and issued a letter of appointment with Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy on behalf of the university. He said that Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy overcame the difficulties brought by the outbreak and joined the Institute of Biophysics of Dezhou University, which played a positive role in promoting the construction of the university's talent pool, especially in the development of key laboratory disciplines and platform construction on biophysics at the provincial level. It is hoped that Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy will earnestly fulfill his employment contract, so as to promote the training of talents and discipline construction of the Institute of Biophysics.

Professor Andrei G. Degermendzhy said that he was pleased to be an outstanding talent of "Tian Qu talents". The signing ceremony marked the two sides in the field of biophysics to achieve further integration and the cooperation between the two sides in biophysical research which covers the whole level range from molecular to ecosystem. He said he was looking forward to the arrive to Dezhou University, conscientiously fulfill duties for the development of the school and to make due contributions.

Anatoly Boyandin, a scientific secretary at the Institute of Biophysics of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences,and the related directors of Personnel Office, ScientificResearch Office, International Exchange and Cooperation Office and the Institute of Biophysics attended the meeting.
